Our table, set within the tight-knit and resilient community of Charlottesville, Virginia, was born from our experience operating a cult-classic diner serving early risers and late-night revelers. The love we poured into that business ignited our relationship with first the University of Virginia Greek organizations then eventually grew across the UVA Grounds. Our relationship with the college continues to provide tremendous outreach throughout Central Virginia and allows us to focus on several other specialties, including weddings, galas, graduation and alumni events, and the spectrum of corporate events.

Sustainability, in its many forms, is also a central tenet of our culture. Today, the commitment to the local community is reflected in our relationships with local farms, orchards, vineyards, and creameries as well as our collaboration with a variety of good-works organizations. We recognize our impact extends beyond municipal boundaries and our dedication to being environmentally mindful is at the forefront of everything we do. Harvest Moon Catering is an industry leader in environmental sustainability, a pioneer of Zero Waste Events, and our offices, kitchen and warehouse are energy efficient and LEED compliant.

Our capable team of professional servers and captains can set up a breathtaking dinner for hundreds of guests in the middle of a vineyard, transform an ordinary meeting room into an elegant reception area, or present sophistication in a cozy home for an intimate gathering of friends and family.
