A Brunch Wedding at the Dallas Arboretum

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens is the perfect location for an outside brunch wedding in Dallas! With its unique gardens and striking scenic views upon every turn, we love being a part of weddings in this special location. The day started with an early morning 10 AM ceremony followed by a beautiful outside brunch reception. We LOVE a brunch themed menu and have seen its popularity grow within the last few years. Our menus team has worked hard to design specialty brunch menus just for events like this!  Amalia and Sam’s reception started with a Mimosa Bar complete with fresh fruit garnishes (because it’s not really brunch if there isn’t mimosas) along with an Iced Tea and Coffee Bar. One of our signature 6-foot fruit and cheese displays was set-up for guests to graze on as they mingled. We love getting creative with our fruit and cheese displays because not only are they delicious, they also look amazing and bring even more life and color to your reception. We have a wide selection of options when it comes to grazing stations like these, this display consisted of, Imported & Domestic Cheeses such as Danish Blue, Sharp Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Sage Derby, Manchego, Red Windsor and Brie along with Sweet Grapes, Berries, Dried Fruits, Nuts, Crackers and Lavosh. Next up on the menu was our Chicken and Spinach Frittata complete with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Texas goat cheese and sourdough bread. The star of the show and everyone’s favorite item was our Breakfast Taco Bar.  Our Breakfast Taco Bar comes along with an on-site chef to heat up tortillas and keep things fresh as guests go through the line to fill up their tacos with whatever they please.  The full breakfast taco bar included Flour and Corn Tortillas, Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes, Charred Tomato Salsa, Pico De Gallo, Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Apple Smoked Bacon and Chicken & Apple Sausage. After everyone enjoyed their breakfast tacos and mimosas, the afternoon closed out with cake and dancing followed by a beautiful grand exit through the gardens leaving behind a magical day with memories to last a lifetime.
